R3GIS, a leading company in the development of software for the management of urban assets, officially announces the transfer of its products R3UrbanTools (also known as UrbanSpaces), R3Ambiente and the projects carried out with Author GisClient to the company Offline Agency Srl based in Padua, which has proven to be highly competent and ready to guarantee continuity and support for all current clients.
In recent years, R3GIS has focused its efforts on the evolution and development of innovative solutions for the sustainable management of cities through its GreenSpaces, WorkSpaces and RoadSpaces products, thus responding to the needs of a constantly evolving market. These cutting-edge software solutions for combating climate change and for the sustainable management of urban spaces have oriented the company towards an ever-growing commitment to the environment and technological development.
In order to ensure the continuity and evolution of the services, R3GIS has decided to hand over the source code and management of R3 UrbanTools (or UrbanSpaces), R3Ambiente and the projects realised with Author GisClient to Offline Agency Srl, which will take care of maintenance, development and service support. The transition to Offline Agency will be gradual, with no service interruptions and no additional costs for existing customers, who will continue to use the service with the same standards of hosting, technical support and development of new features. In addition, Offline Agency will undertake a major technological upgrade of the projects, keeping the code and technological infrastructure aligned with the latest quality and security standards. Please note that the transfer also includes the data managed within the software, the ownership of which remains with the customer. R3GIS will guarantee the necessary support to facilitate the transition.
